About the Role
As a Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing the performance, productivity, and professional development of the telesales team. You’ll oversee daily sales operations, implement strategies to achieve revenue targets, and ensure an excellent customer experience.
Job Role
- 1) Lead and manage a team of international sales representatives
- 2) Set daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
- 3) Monitor sales metrics, track KPIs, and generate reports
- 4) Train, coach, and mentor sales reps on scripts, objection handling, and closing techniques
- 5) Support team in high-priority deals and client escalations
- 6) Collaborate with senior management for planning & strategy execution
- 7) Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback
- 8) Ensure quality standards and compliance with Australian solar regulations
- 9) Coordinate with admin, training, and HR for seamless operations
- 10) Encourage a high-performance, positive, and collaborative team culture
What We’re Looking For
- 1) 2–4 years of experience in international telesales or solar sales
- 2) Prior team leadership/management experience is a must
- 3) Excellent communication, motivation & team-building skills
- 4) Strong analytical and reporting abilities
- 5) Goal-oriented with a passion for coaching and growth
- 6) Comfortable working in early morning shifts (AU time zone)
- 7) Familiar with CRMs, performance dashboards, and Zoom
