About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our customers. From handling inquiries to coordinating installations and providing post-installation support, you will be the key point of contact for customers throughout their solar journey. Your goal will be to enhance customer satisfaction, resolve issues proactively, and contribute to the company’s growth by maintaining excellent relationships with our customers.
Job Role & Responsibilities:
Customer Support:
- 1) Be the voice of our company—answer incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries regarding
solar system installations and after-sales support.
- 2) Offer expert guidance on product features, installation processes, and troubleshooting steps.
- 3) Efficiently resolve customer issues, ensuring satisfaction at every step.
- 4) Build and maintain strong customer relationships through outstanding communication.
Installation Coordination:
- 1) Schedule and coordinate solar installations with customers and technicians
- 2) Provide customers and technicians with all necessary documentation for a smooth installation.
- 3) Track installation progress and proactively resolve any delays or issues.
Post-Installation Support:
- 1) Assist customers in understanding system operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- 2) Address warranty claims and initiate repair or replacement processes as required.
- 3) Maintain accurate customer records, installation details, and service interactions in the CRM
system.
What We’re Looking For
- 1) Fluent English communication skills (both written and spoken) – a must!
- 2) 1-2 years of experience in Technical Support or Customer Service (3 years preferred in an
international process or sales background).
- 3) Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer concerns efficiently.
- 4) Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- 5) Hands-on experience with CRM systems and other customer service tools.
- 6) A basic understanding of solar systems and installations is a plus (but not mandatory—we’ll
train you!).
