Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and support our global recruitment efforts. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting top talent from around the world. The ideal candidate should have experience in international recruitment, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong ability to collaborate with teams across diverse geographies.

Key Responsibilities:

International Recruitment: Collaborate with various teams to understand their staffing needs and execute a comprehensive international recruitment strategy. This includes sourcing candidates from diverse regions, assessing their qualifications, and managing the entire recruitment process.
Talent Sourcing: Utilize a variety of sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and other platforms, to identify and engage with top talent globally.
Screening and Selection: Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers for their consideration.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
Compliance: Stay current with international recruitment laws, regulations, and best practices, ensuring that all recruitment processes adhere to legal requirements.
Data and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions, pipeline status, and recruitment metrics. Generate reports to provide insights into recruitment activities and performance.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in international recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates from diverse geographic regions.
  • Familiarity with various recruitment tools and technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of international labor laws and regulations.
  • A passion for talent acquisition and a proactive approach to sourcing top talent.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset.
