Sales Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

● Training Development: Design and develop training programs that align with the organization’s sales goals and objectives, ensuring they meet the needs of both new and existing sales representatives.
● Sales Techniques: Deliver training on effective sales techniques, strategies, and best practices, including product knowledge, objection handling, and closing skills.
● Onboarding: Conduct onboarding training for new sales representatives to ensure they are well-equipped to succeed in their roles from day one.
● Continuous Learning: Implement ongoing training programs that provide sales representatives with opportunities for continuous learning, skill enhancement, and personal development.
● Team Development: Take a leadership role in team development, fostering a positive and collaborative team culture, and working closely with team members to help them reach their full potential.
● Sales Tools: Familiarize sales teams with relevant sales tools, technologies, and resources, and ensure they are proficient in their use
.● Assessment: Develop and implement evaluation methods to assess the effectiveness of training programs, identify areas of improvement, and adapt training accordingly.
.● Mentoring: Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to sales representatives as needed, helping them improve their performance and reach their targets.
● Sales Materials: Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and update sales materials, presentations, and collateral for the sales team.
.● Feedback: Collect feedback from sales representatives and management to improve training content and delivery methods continually.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Exceptional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong, dynamic, and influential personality that commands respect and attention.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and sales training.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire sales teams.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professionalism and leadership skills.

Timings:

04:30 am to 02:00 pm

Experience:

Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a sales trainer role or equivalent.

IMP: Experience in Overseas Accounting ( US- UK – Australia- New Zealand) will be an added advantage.
