Add Leads Status / Activities
Above, we have listed some activities that we currently use. If we decide to add a new activity, we would like the option to display it prominently in our Lead Creation Section.
For the ‘Lead Status’ section, please add the following status options: ‘WON’, ‘LOST’, and ‘CANCELLED’. Additionally, ensure there is an option to include multiple status entries if needed.”
